The condition arises, the condition disappears and it becomes silent

Sakyamuni saw through the secular world from the royal court, achieved great enlightenment and became a Buddha.

The Patriarch Bodhidharma also spurned the comfortable and comfortable life of the royal family and escaped into Buddhism to achieve enlightenment.

I recently watched the TV series "Kangxi Dynasty". After Concubine Dong was infected with smallpox and died, the young Emperor Shunzhi finally saw through the miasma and became a monk. Emperor Shunzhi failed to perfect Buddhism and died of smallpox a year after becoming a monk. He was only 24 years old.

I was thinking, what kind of karmic blessing is it to be able to see through the mist and escape into Buddhism to live in a majestic imperial family, surrounded by mountains and rivers all over the world?

At the same time, I think of a certain IT elite Internet celebrity. After recovering from cancer, he couldn’t wait to publish a book, film a documentary, and give lectures to talk about his escape from death in a short period of time after recovering from cancer. It seems that he is full of regrets, has a successful career, and is an anti-cancer hero. For a moment, he controls everything like a king. Although I have never met him and I don’t know what his character is, the saying that those who survive a catastrophe will be blessed later does not necessarily apply to everyone, and it is even worse for those who are greedy for false fame, and those who are eager for quick success and quick benefits. Everything may be obtained from each other, or may not be obtained from each other.

Whether you have ambition or not, it is just a matter of burning fire and sweeping the floor. A simple sentence really expresses the essence of life. There are not many people with a will, and the ups and downs are ever-changing. How can the great actions and creations be the most inconspicuous things in the world of dust in all directions?

I also think of some colleagues and friends I met by fate. Even if they go to the west or the east, those who are destined to be separated by thousands of miles will always greet each other. Even those who are not destined to be close at hand feel like strangers. Some acquaintances have known each other for more than ten or twenty years, but the origin is early, and the relationship is slow, and they will eventually perish.

During the Mid-Autumn Festival last year, I got to know a group of travel friends and walked the Wusun Ancient Trail. After everyone walked out of the Tianshan Canyon after going through all kinds of hardships, I don’t know who had the lofty ambition to meet on line C of Wolf Tower next year. See you there.

I have participated in too many travel activities and experienced some joys and sorrows. I never dare to meet again in any year or month. But at the break-up party, although I said less, I was willing to believe in my promise to meet again next year. This kind of occasion is usually very emotional, and sometimes it will be triggered by someone who is good at communication, which will lead to more eloquent words.

I have been preparing for this more difficult and long journey through the North Tianshan Mountains. I really believe in fate, and I have never seen through the mist of the world. I asked tentatively in the WeChat group a few days ago. Only one friend responded, and the rest of my friends were speechless. Suddenly I thought of this sentence: Once you understand the law of origin and destruction of causes and conditions, you will no longer have to worry about love and separation.

The conditioned law is really wonderful. All things in the world are born due to the conditioned law, and all things are destroyed due to the conditioned law. Thousands of miles of vast mountains are brought together and dispersed by a small chance coincidence, as large as the gravitational force between the universe or the mutual attraction of galaxies, as small as the misty and boundless world of dust, all seem to operate in a similar way.

I don’t have many ideas this week, and there are some trivial and disturbing things that I don’t dare to talk about.

Send me an excerpt online and wish you a happy weekend.

I asked the Buddha: Why are people divided into good and evil?

Buddha said: There is no good or evil in people, good and evil exist in your heart.

I asked Buddha: How can I be still? How can it be normal?

Buddha said: Find yourself.

I asked the Buddha: Why is there so much suffering in the world?

Buddha said: Just because you don’t know yourself.

I asked Buddha: Why do people live?

Buddha said: Seek the root.

I asked the Buddha: What is the root?

Buddha said: It cannot be said.

I asked Buddha: How old are you?

Buddha said: Even if I am one year old, I am still a Buddha. Even if you are 100 years old, if you stick to your own mind, you are still a human being.

I asked the Buddha: What does it mean that things in the world are inherently impermanent?

Buddha said: Impermanence means there is permanence. Ignorance leads to fearlessness.

I asked Buddha: My mood is always up and down.

Buddha said: Everything is self-aware, everything is known in the heart, the moon waxes and wanes, the tide rises and falls, then there is peace.

Buddha said: Attachment is like an abyss, which leads to death.

Buddha said: Perseverance is like dust, it is futile and fruitless.

Buddha said: Persistence is like tears, which are broken into the heart, broken and scattered.
