These terms apply to purchases from the ZSBL online store. Please review the product description, included items, dimensions, materials and any service scope before ordering. Room settings and styling objects are included only where the product description says so; natural materials may vary in grain and tone.

Prices are in US dollars (USD). The total, shipping and any taxes collected by us are shown before payment. Price changes apply to future orders. If we cannot fulfil an order, or discover a material pricing or availability error, we will contact you to agree a correction or cancellation and refund; we will not add an unauthorised charge.

Please supply an accurate email address, delivery address and contact details. Contact us promptly if you need to correct an order. We can arrange changes before dispatch or the agreed service start; later changes depend on the order’s progress.

Shipping · Destinations, delivery times and import charges

Available destinations and shipping charges depend on the item and delivery address. Use the amount shown at checkout, or request confirmation from us before ordering. Digital-only purchases have no postal shipping charge. For lamps, confirm the destination voltage and plug requirements with us before dispatch.

Dispatch and transit estimates will be confirmed for your order. We will share tracking when available. Customs, carriers and local delivery conditions can affect arrival dates; contact us if a delivery is delayed or appears lost.

Unless your order expressly states they are included, import duties, local taxes and customs clearance charges are payable by the recipient. Ask us to clarify these costs before purchase if needed. Any additional service or change of delivery method requires your agreement.

Returns & exchanges · Physical goods

For standard, non-personalised physical goods, tell us within 14 days after delivery if you want to return or exchange an item. Email your order number and request; we will provide the return address and instructions. Send the goods back within 14 days of your notice, using a tracked service and secure packaging.

Return the item with its accessories, without damage or use beyond what is reasonably needed to inspect it. Retain the original packaging where possible, or use equivalent protection. An exchange depends on stock; we can discuss a suitable alternative or refund.

Products made to your measurements or clearly personalised for you are excluded from change-of-mind returns where the law permits. This does not affect remedies for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods, or other mandatory consumer rights.

Damaged, incorrect or incomplete deliveries

Contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the item and packaging where available. Keep the packaging while we check the delivery and arrange a solution.

For a fault, transit damage, incorrect item or missing component, we will arrange the appropriate repair, replacement, missing part or refund under applicable consumer law, and cover reasonable return costs for the affected item. You do not need to resolve a carrier claim yourself before contacting us.

Refunds · Return costs and payment timing

For a change-of-mind return, you cover the return postage. For a confirmed fault, damage or our fulfilment error, we cover reasonable return costs. When an eligible order is cancelled in full, we refund its standard outbound delivery charge; an optional express-delivery upgrade is not refundable unless required by law.

We initiate eligible refunds to the original payment method within 14 days of your cancellation notice. For goods being returned, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or valid evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Any shorter legally required period applies. Your payment provider or bank determines when the credit appears in your account.

Digital downloads · Where are my files?

Once payment is confirmed and the order is eligible for download, your order email provides access to the files. If you have an account, check My Account → Downloads as well. Use the email address entered at checkout; no physical package is posted for a digital-only product.

Check your spam folder if the email is missing. If a link fails, a ZIP file will not open or a file appears missing, contact us with your order number. We will help you access the purchased files or send a corrected download. The product description lists the included languages and editable formats.

Digital purchases · Cancellation and permitted use

You may request cancellation within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed or downloaded the files. After access, change-of-mind refunds depend on applicable consumer law and any valid, express consent to immediate digital delivery together with acknowledgement of the resulting loss of the withdrawal right. Access alone does not automatically remove a statutory withdrawal right. Missing, corrupted or materially misdescribed files will be corrected, replaced or refunded if we cannot resolve the issue.

Downloads are licensed for your own personal or business project use, including necessary project collaborators. You may adapt editable templates for that work. Do not resell, publicly distribute or give others the source files as a separate product. If a purchase is refunded, stop using and delete the supplied files; its download access may be withdrawn.

Design advisory · Scope, booking and cancellation

The design advisory product includes the briefing materials listed on its page. After purchase, send us your plans, photographs, questions and budget so we can agree the project-specific scope, deliverables, schedule and any revision rounds in writing. Downloading the briefing kit does not mean the advisory service has been completed.

Request cancellation within 14 days of purchase, before project-specific work begins, for a refund. If you expressly ask us to start within that period and later cancel, any charge must reflect work already supplied and the scope agreed with you; the unused balance is refunded. Rescheduling is arranged with you according to progress and availability. Mandatory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

Construction drawings, site visits, product purchasing, freight, installation and third-party charges are included only when expressly listed or separately agreed. We will seek approval before charging for additional work. Reference files and examples must be adapted and checked for your actual site and local requirements.

Can I buy physical and digital products together?

Yes. One order can contain both. Physical items are delivered to your shipping address; digital files become available when payment and order status permit access. Postal shipping applies only to the physical part. Any product-specific lead time or service arrangement remains separate.

Available payment options are shown by the checkout and payment provider. If payment fails, check the order status before trying again so that you do not place a duplicate order. Contact us if you are unsure whether payment was received.

Customer support, privacy and your rights

For order changes, returns or download support, email gwjok1@gmail.com or use our contact page. Include your order number and a clear description of what you need. Return addresses and the appropriate shipping instructions are provided for each case.

We use order information to process payment, arrange delivery, provide the purchased service and respond to support requests, as described in our privacy notice. These terms do not exclude or limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Where mandatory rights are more favourable, those rights apply. Updates apply to future purchases; the terms provided for your order continue to govern that order.
